# LIFE PATH NUMBER

Your LIFE  PATH NUMBER – also known as the Destiny Path – is derived from all the numbers in your DATE OF BIRTH.  (If you know your Life Path Number, scroll down to the links below).

Your birthday is so much more than a measure of your age.

Your birthday brings recognition and celebration to your very existence on Earth. The numbers in your date of birth represent your own sacred starting point –  the precise numeric sequence into which you were born. This describes the special nature of your individual journey. It is the main path you will travel in this lifetime, and is the most powerful of all your personal numbers.

Your Life Path Number helps you to recognize your true self – and feel comfortable simply being YOU. This is invaluable knowledge as we evolve from self-consciousness to self-acceptance! Your Life Path contains all the essential traits and qualities you need to fulfill your own desires and intentions. Self-acceptance is authenticity, the development of which is vital if we are to evolve to the ‘next stage’ of our journey.

### How to calculate your Life Path Number (including Master Numbers)

EXAMPLE: If you were  born on February 26, 1989, you would add as follows:

Month: February = 2
Day: 2+6=8
Year: 1+9+8+9=2+7=9  (Be sure to add all four numbers of the year. Do NOT abbreviate to ’89)

Now add the subtotals together. If you don’t immediately get a single digit, keep adding until you do.   2+8+9 =1+9 = 1+0 = 1 In this instance, the Life Path Number is 1.

MASTER NUMBERS: If your birth numbers amount to 11/2, 22/4, 33/6, 44/8, or 55/10/1, you will find additional material at the end of your basic Life Path Number. Both parts are equally important. The basic number is always active, even when the double digits are not.

RELATIONSHIP: It is helpful to familiarize yourself with the Life Path Numbers of other people in your life.  This helps you understand their unique personalities and circumstances. Relationships of every kind can benefit by being aware of each other’s individuality, ideals, and aspirations.
